Senior Equipment Finance Contract Coordinator

In this role, you will:

• Support in responding to inquiries from established sources and premier customers regarding complex situations on equipment finance accounts and loan transactions

• Act as an Equipment Finance Account Management team lead and assist with escalated customer situation

• Perform complex transactional, operational and customer support tasks related to Equipment Finance Account Management functional area

• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area

• Interact with immediate team and Equipment Finance Account Management functional area on information related to client inquiries

• Handle customer inquiries from inception to resolution

​Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Equipment Finance Account Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of collateral documentation, collateral perfection process and structure of business entities

• Experience in equipment leasing

• Experience in document preparation and document review of Construction equipment finance transactions

• Knowledge and understanding of commercial lease, loan documentation, structures, and legal issues relative to secured financing

• Leadership skills- Experience in providing training and guidance to team members

• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, InfoLease, Leasing Source and Siebel ROW

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Minneapolis – Minnesota Pay Range: $20.29 - $30.48 USD hourly (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
