About the role
The Johns Hopkins Radiation Oncology Department has an opening for a Research Assistant.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Intensive research and scholarly work on a newly funded cancer research initiative.
- To construct and manage a comprehensive clinical and research database.
- To assist with the writing and editing of manuscripts.
- To present research projects at meetings and conferences.
- To perform data collection and/or statistical analysis for various research projects.
- To assist with tasks on other research projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
- Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Classified Title: Research Assistant
Role/Level/Range: ACRO40/E/03/CD
Starting Salary Range: $17.20 - $30.30 HRLY ($20,000 targeted; Commensurate with experience)
Employee group: Casual / On Call
Schedule: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm
Exempt Status: Non-Exempt
