Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.</p> <p><br/><span>Your new responsibilities</span></p><ul> <li>Member of product development project teams; support on the requirements management activities for complete product development cycle</li> <li>Define the hierarchical requirements model and the configuration management for projects, considering the ams-OSRAM V-Model and compliance to ISO26262/IATF16949</li> <li>Support the System Architect and Technical Leads how to break-down the requirements hierarchy most efficiently considering system design best practices</li> <li>Guide project team in requirements authoring to enable high-quality requirements database; participate in requirements reviews for continuous improvement of requirements quality</li> <li>Support project members to establish requirements traceability through design, verification, validation, and test activities</li> <li>Closely collaborate with all R&amp;D disciplines to implement Software tools/scripts for seamless data exchange between the requirements management tool (actual: PTC Codebeamer) and adjacent tools used in product development (e.g. Cadence Virtuoso). Continuous enhancement of the features</li> <li>Requirements management tool support (actual: PTC Codebeamer): Establish a framework to provide support and best practices/templates to the project teams to maximize the usage Efficiency</li> <li>Day-by-day support on requirements management specific tasks</li> <li>ams-OSRAM and ISO26262 compliant requirements metrics reporting (compliance coverage etc.). Standardization of automatic report generation and establishing the templates for the requirements management tool</li> <li>Regular exchange with Tool vendor(s) to improve functionality and usability. Support customer requirements exchange process</li> </ul><p><br/><span>Who we are looking for</span></p> <p><br/><ul> <li>MSc degree in the area of Software Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a strong focus on SW development</li> <li>At least 5 years experience in Requirements Management/SW development in the Automotive and/or Semiconductor area</li> <li>Proficient knowledge of requirements elicitation, authoring, tracing, review cycle</li> <li>Proficiency in working with formal requirements management tools (e.g. PTC Codebeamer, Jama, ...)</li> <li>Knowledge of Automotive/ISO26262 standards and V-model approach</li> <li>Strong skills in software programming on PC and Linux (C++, C#, Java, Python)</li> <li>Proficient with revision control systems (SVN, Git)</li> <li>Knowledge of advanced API programming and data models for database based environments (e.g. REST API)</li> <li>Basic electronic circuits, architectural design and communication interfaces understanding</li> <li>Communication skills and proficiency in English (German is a plus)</li> <li>Exceptional team working attitude is a must</li> </ul></p> <p><br/>Please contact <strong>Stefanie Kleierl</strong> for further information via <strong><a href="mailto:STEFANIE.KLEIERL@AMS-OSRAM.COM">STEFANIE.KLEIERL@AMS-OSRAM.COM</a></strong> or <strong>+49 (941) 8501391</strong>.</p>
