J&J MedTech Surgery is recruiting for a Global Vice President, Advanced Stapling, located in Cincinnati, OH.
The MedTech Surgery Advanced Stapling $2B+ portfolio comprises medical technologies that enable surgery to be less invasive and have fewer complications. These technologies include laparoscopic and open staplers that are used in the most complex surgical oncology procedures, ligation devices that clamp vessels to prevent bleeding, and other endoscopic instruments that are used to manipulate tissue. Endocutters, or laparoscopic staplers, are highly sophisticated, critical instruments that transect and flawlessly seal tissue with precisely placed staples to prevent leaks (GI and air) and bleeding.
The stapling portfolio will also be a key differentiator on the J&J MedTech robotic platform and will share the same technology roadmap with the open and laparoscopic staplers for a harmonized customer experience.

Lead Global Strategic Marketing to deliver above-market, profitable and sustainable growth for the Advanced Stapling Portfolio with accountability for the global P&L levers of revenue growth, gross margin and return on investment of strategic programs.
