Project Manager- Corporate Operations

This person will drive business optimization initiatives that enhance process stability & efficiency, cost reduction, and support cultural transformation. The role will facilitate cross-functional project teams of varying sizes to implement impactful solutions aligned with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate embraces change and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve operational inefficiencies.
• Translate corporate improvement initiatives into actionable project plans with measurable outcomes.
• Use process mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by engaging stakeholders and promoting accountability.
• Document project milestones, outcomes, and learnings for organizational knowledge sharing.
• Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to department heads and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or business operations.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) and/or PMP Certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile Methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, process mapping tools, and data analytics.
