Position Overview:The Course Production Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of new and updated projects on the production schedule including overseeing the course-build, QA, and compliance considerations. Maintain knowledge of platform functionality.

What You'll Do

• Maintains knowledge and deep understanding of all LMS systems and functionality.
• Works closely with inter-department senior team leads to ensure courses are delivered on-time, under budget and built to spec. 
• Works closely with product and compliance teams to ensure courses meet regulatory requirements. 
• Maintains clear and concise communication with product, customer service, regulatory and engineering. 
• Performs technical QA of course content to ensure content is complete and is visually appealing. 
• Ensures projects meet compliance requirements. 
• Builds and sets course rules and requirements.  
• Maintains clear and concise communication with product, customer service, regulatory and engineering. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience equivalent. 
• 1-3 years of related experience in the production of eLearning courses and/or materials for delivery via an LMS or live presentation (SCORM files, html, power points). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent presentation/delivery skills and the ability to think spontaneously. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High degree of organizational skills. 
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively and quickly adapt to changing directions. 
• Demonstrate professional maturity and professionalism. 
• Desire for life-long learning to grow skills.
