About the role

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Design to lead the design and development of all product that carries the Lola Blankets name. Partnering closely with the founders and cross-functional leadership, this person will be responsible for the design and product development function end-to-end — from raw material sourcing and color & print direction of mainline and collaboration capsules, to net-new product categories and styles. Translate trends into a Lola lens rather than chasing them.

Based full-time in New York City, working in-person from the Lola Blankets office.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed — mills, factories, trade shows, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progres
