Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Director

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or engineering; MBA a plus

Experience:

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience with financial modeling, data analysis and data visualization tools and reporting
• Proficient in Financial reporting systems (PowerBI, Hyperion, or Tableau knowledge a plus)
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high growth business
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter and experiencing building teams and processes
• Experience in a multi-unit environment a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Play a critical role in implementing/maturing financial processes and promoting financial discipline across the organization.
• Implement and scale new budgeting and reporting processes.
• Manage the continued development of Budgeting Process and KPI’s
• Monitor performance indicators, emphasizing trends and analyzing variances
• Assist Controller and CFO with monthly financial package preparation and review
• Perform value added ad-hoc analyses
• Develop financial models and conduct valuation analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments
• Eventually build team to support growing business
