How will you make an impact in this role?
- This role will take end-to end leadership and product ownership for the Banking Servicing Portals, in partnership with Technology, Commercial, Loyalty & Benefits, GMSI (Global Merchant Servicing Integration), GBI (Global Business Integration), GTEN (Global Transformation & Engineering Network) and other key stakeholders.
- The Servicing Portals include POA and Legacy platforms, supporting GSG, Consumer, Commercial and other Line of Businesses.
- This Product Analyst will be responsible for defining features and user stories, articulating use cases, and defining the e2e customer experience for the Servicing Portals (GSP, ISP) and will work closely with other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Rules developers, RTE among other colleagues.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to define new product features, scope, and functionality.
- Translate the customer experiences into Features and User Stories, following SAFe/Agile methodology.
- Work with central and local market cross-functional teams to ensure capabilities meet market needs and adhere to local regulatory compliance and risk requirements.
- Develop global capabilities and features that can be deployed locally.
- Obtain feedback on the product to iterate and drive improvements in future releases.
- Work with Product Owners to prioritize user stories for the scrum team.
- Maintain pulse on external developments and internal product developments to assess implications for our products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge and previous experience in Product Analyst role. Minimum 18 months as a Product Analyst
- Manage initiatives independently / with some support
- Task oriented vs Thought Leadership, proactive, original thinking. - thought leadership to continually explore and create innovative process and business improvements
Successful working with ambiguous plan and is a self-starter
- Experienced and assertive leader, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively navigate through complex business problems to develop and recommend win-win solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies required
- Exceptional thought leadership to continually explore and create innovative process and business improvements
Product management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once and an ability to work in a dynamic, time-critical environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workflow creations and Management preferred
Technical knowledge regarding API's preferred
