Key Tasks
- Owner of the contract and first point of contact in complex projects for all contractual matters.
- Oversee change requests and related commercial offers, ensuring compelling value propositions. Collaborate with customer counterparts to draft, negotiate, and finalize contract amendments and commercial notices. Analysing deviations and their contractual and commercial impact.
- Tracking the status and performance of contractual obligations, for Frequentis, the subcontractor(s) and the customer.
- Assessing contractual risks and associated mitigation actions. Supporting the Project Manager in managing the project’s risk register.
- Undertaking active claim management, logging and documenting related written and verbal exchanges and drafting commercially agile responses.
- Being a sparring partner at eye level for the project manager (e.g. in making strategic decisions) and the international project team (Technical Solution Manager, Sales, Engineering…) from multiple Frequentis locations
- Supporting the development of strategies for winning new opportunities.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience (min. 10 years) with international complex customer programs or projects, preferably in a telecommunications sector as Contract Manager or Project Manager in B2B services led environment.
- Commercial background and advanced know-how in project management with additional focus on commercial and contractual legal matters.
- Excellent English language skills; German is an advantage
- Ability to see the big picture in complex and large projects with solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to make decisions
- Highly effective relationship builder- capable of developing rapport with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally stakeholders
- Team player with pragmatic vision and the flexibility to work in an intercultural virtual team
- Readiness to travel to customer meetings on quarterly basis as an average
