Mission:
We are looking for a Customer Quality Manager for our Cambrai site (about 380people), specializing in the design and manufacture of door panels. Reporting to the Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer quality assistance and ensure the customer-company interface.
- Develop and develop quality procedures/monitoring plan and monitor the compliance of their application.
- Analyze non-quality costs (external: Incidents, warranty returns, customer / internal quality walls: scrap, rework, quality walls), develop improvement solutions and monitor them.
- Manage the quality part of product/process modifications on the scope for which he/she is responsible.
- Follow up on new projects.
What we are looking for:
- You will be part of a highly engaged multinational with international career opportunities.
- With a technical Bac+4 or 5 training, you have five years' experience in the automotive sector in the field of quality and project management.
- Your mastery of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) as well as the various analysis methodologies applied to quality (8D, AMDEC, etc.) allow you to carry out your projects and lead cross-functional working groups.
- You know the IATF standards and know how to conduct process and product audits.
- You can read, write and speak in English for technical exchanges.
- Your rigor, sense of communication and analytical mind will allow you to interact with various interlocutors inside and outside the company.
