About the role
The Opportunity
The Junior Regional Account Manager is accountable for achieving sales and profitability plans. This role provides direction and leadership to retail doors within their territory through leadership, training, and talent development. The Junior Regional Account Manager negotiates all product and inventory needs localized to each market and they are responsible for managing inventory.
What you'll get to do
- Services and provides sales support for retail doors.
- Forecasts and reports projections for monthly and seasonal needs.
- Tracks and reports sales performance and inventory stock.
- Develops budget and order plans for each account in accordance with specified sales targets.
- Monitors inventories and coordinates replenishment.
- Manages a territory of Account Executives and Account Coordinators.
- Visits local retailers once a week and remote doors once a month.
- Gathers and communicates feedback regarding product and needs.
- Assists and participates in events within doors.
- Executes events seamlessly and drives client follow up.
- Identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance retail performance to deliver sales and service goals.
- Plans and implements store and team training/ education.
- Builds cross-departmental relationships and partners with management and visual in store to increase the brand presence and drive associates to sell.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 5+ years of account executive sales experience required in beauty or fashion.
- Previous experience in luxury markets, preferably establishing relationships with major retailers.
- Previous experience working with fragrance and makeup.
- Highly driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
- Detail-oriented multitasker with a history of leading in-store events and trainings.
- Ability to meet deliverables within deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities demonstrated through leading, developing, and motivating sales specialists.
- Successful relationship builder showcasing high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for all things beauty and fragrance.
