Job Description
Bosch Security Systems, LLC seeks a Project Manager Emergency Services (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 6301 NW 5th Way, Suite 4000, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Responsible for leading all the implementations activities of the local and global BPO projects, with special focus on the emergency and mobility services projects for the American market, from the moment the project is approved and assigned, until the time of complete delivery of the project. While applying PMI methodologies and techniques, the PjM, will develop large scale project plans, milestones, and engage by leading the project team and resources to drive predictable behaviors in terms of the project lifecycle, established & required processes, and outcomes. Involvement in the development or enhancing new and current Emergency services and BPO processes and workflows. Develop complex project plans, Gant Charts, WBS, milestones and activity lists. Accomplishing all project objectives while complying with the Emergency and mobility services standards, protocols, legal and technical compliance, on time, on budget, and according to customer and the project contract and statement of Work (SOW) specifications and requirements. Support the successful identification of the project, requirements gathering support and definition, then the initiation, planning and execution of all the type of services described above, with special focus in Emergency and mobility services projects within our shared services organization and stakeholder groups. Responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring, and controlling the project & project scope, stakeholders management, team development, risk assessments and contingencies plans in order to meet the project expectations, quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones utilizing PMI project management techniques and methodologies. Act as a trusted advisor to client-project leadership within the assigned accounts. Drive communications with leadership within Bosch and the client to help our customers achieve their objectives. Provide relevant, clear, and prescriptive advice, grounded in relevant experience, to continuously drive these projects through to successful completion. Initiate communication and coordinate activities with legal and sales teams during the contract and requirements drafting, and initiation phase of the project. Lead implementations and status updates meetings, individual team members development and support, track activities and project documentations. Develop, run, and distribute status and reports to update project team members, leadership, and client. Perform analysis and assessment activities to provide stakeholders with timely updates. Provide insight to develop, enhance and support implementation of emergency services, best practices and process improvements derived from identifying areas of weakness and strategizing improvements. Monitor and track the progress of projects development processes, timelines, budgets, and milestones. Regularly communicates with senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables. Driving company-client relation by proactively pushing communications and effectively connecting client to validate scope and ensure customer’s satisfaction. 75% international and domestic travel required. Remote Work May Be Permitted. REQS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Project Management, Emergency Services, Business Administration or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience in the Emergency services projects operation and implementation. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: 1. Emergency Services provider procedures; 2. Call center tools (Communication Platform, Call flow design, Workforce planning, Quality evaluation tools, scheduling and reporting); 3. Process design and system optimization in Emergency and Mobility Services; 4. Real life emergencies scenarios with PSAPs, Police and EMS; 5. Managing Call Center Metrics and achieving service level goals; 6. Utilization of emergency reception/dispatching platforms and technology; 7. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook Email and navigating web-based platforms (JIRA, MS Projects, and One-Point Project); and
