As a Coordinator for Guest Services, you will be responsible for greeting the public and welcoming visitors to the Walmart Museum in accordance with Walmart’s four Basic Beliefs – respect for the individual, service to our customer, striving for excellence and acting with integrity. You must be knowledgeable of Walmart history, providing information to visitors about Walmart’s history, culture, and philosophies.

You’ll make an impact by…

• Performing minor housekeeping/maintenance by performing cleaning tasks in accordance with duty lists and standards and checking for tidiness of restrooms and servicing if needed.
• Assisting in inspection of displays and being familiar with operations of interactive displays.
• Answering the telephone, practicing proper phone etiquette, taking accurate messages, and referring calls to management when necessary.
• Working closely with The Walmart Museum team to ensure an overall positive experience.
• Assisting in welcoming group tours and facilitating give-a-ways to groups.

• You have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• You have an outgoing personality.
• You have 0 – 1 years’ experience in retail operations.
