North America Field Marketing Intern (Summer Internship)
Role Overview:
At Genesys, we are transforming customer experience through AI-driven innovation, empathy, and global reach. As a North America Field Marketing Intern, you will support programs that contribute to pipeline creation, customer engagement, and regional marketing goals during a defined summer internship experience. This role offers hands-on experience working across marketing and sales, helping to execute integrated campaigns that engage key accounts. You will learn how enterprise go-to-market teams plan, launch, and measure marketing programs, while building practical skills in campaign execution and collaboration. This is an opportunity to develop a strong foundation in B2B marketing and gain exposure to real-world business impact early in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of regional marketing programs that contribute to pipeline growth and customer engagement
Assist with coordination of field events, webinars, and integrated marketing campaigns
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support alignment with target accounts and campaign goals
Help execute targeted marketing activities for priority accounts in partnership with sales teams
Track and review campaign performance to help identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in developing marketing assets including emails, landing pages, and social content
Support post-event and campaign follow-up activities, including lead tracking and engagement monitoring
Conduct market and competitive research to support campaign planning
Maintain accurate campaign data within CRM and marketing systems
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in marketing, events, and campaign execution
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
Interest in learning about marketing performance and metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Interest in using tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and productivity
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in marketing or a related fiel
