About the job you’re considering
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong manufacturing domain expertise to lead and manage manual and automation testing efforts across complex technology programs. The Test Manager will own end-to-end testing delivery, lead test teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business and operational goals in a manufacturing environment.
This role requires hands-on testing leadership, strong technical depth, and the ability to guide teams through the full software testing lifecycle while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Your role
- Lead and manage manual and automation testing teams, owning end‑to‑end test delivery across manufacturing-focused applications and platforms.
- Design and develop complex functional and non-functional tests, ensuring coverage across performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Own the full software testing lifecycle, performing senior testing roles and acting as a stream leader with technical delivery ownership in defined technology areas.
- Provide technical leadership and quality governance, guiding individuals and teams toward desired delivery and quality outcomes.
- Contribute to client proposals, bids, and solution designs, and actively participate in at least one testing or technology community to share best practices.
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and quality engineering roles.
- Manufacturing domain knowledge is mandatory, with experience supporting manufacturing processes or systems.
- Proven experience managing manual and automation test resources in enterprise environments.
- SE Level 1 certification with active pursuit of SE Level 2.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design.
- Strong expertise in Quality Management, including test strategy, governance, and continuous improvement.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $93,800 - $224,910.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
