Principal Member of Technical Staff

Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions while mentoring and guiding teams. Leverage expertise in system architecture, cloud technologies, and software design to drive innovation and ensure performance, security, and maintainability. Define best practices, establish coding standards, and troubleshoot complex challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 to 10 years distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and operating public cloud service control or data planes
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and SDK development, specifically within a cloud environment
• Demonstrable technical leadership and mentorship skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MS degree in Computer Science or related field
• Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform 
• Experience driving security reviews, documentation, UX reviews, and working with Product Managers from inception through launch
• Building continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and deployment schedules
• Proven experience in performance optimization

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
