The Team:
New Norfolk District Hospital (NNDH) is a 14-bed facility situated 40 kms from Hobart. The NNDH model is of a regional and tertiary public hospital partnership, with a combination of local patients admitted by their GP and out of area patients admitted from the Royal Hobart and Private Hospitals with the support of a Nurse Practitioner.
The Role:
In accordance with established policies, guidelines, systems and processes, the Administrative Assistant - NNDH.
- Provide high level administrative and clerical support to staff at NNDH.
- Provide a high standard of customer focused reception duties as well as clerical functions in support of patient care relating to clinical, financial and administrative tasks for patients.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 12.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary:
$66,049 to $70,993 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Plus 25% Casual loading - Equivalent of $41.62 - $44.73 per hour
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
