Our brand-new, 360,000-square-foot Asian-style food manufacturing facility in Sioux Falls, SD, is taking shape — and we’re ramping up hiring for key roles. As a Systems Engineer, you will support the implementation and maintenance of server and network architecture in a food manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do:
• Install and configure servers, network devices, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot IT infrastructure hardware and software issues.
• Support senior engineers in projects and daily operations.
• Use tools and processes to identify, resolve, and prevent technical issues.
• Maintain a stable, high performance IT environment and contribute to infrastructure improvements.
• Develop and update infrastructure documentation and procedures.
• Resolve assigned issues independently and participate in 24 hour on call rotation.
• Participate in ongoing infrastructure upgrades and Lean/CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives as a Green Belt.
What We Look For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, CIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of Windows server environments, SAP, databases, backup/restore processes, IP based networking, and server level troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, numeric data analysis, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Services(CIS) or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
Years of Related Experience: 3-5 years of related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of server based Windows operating systems, SAP systems, database systems, databackup/restore techniques, network (IP based) communications infrastructure and server-level troubleshootingtechniques. Proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the MicrosoftOffice Suite and Outlook. Proficiency with numeric data analysis and skilled in interpersonal and communicationskills.
