Role Overview:
Bradleys Bar is seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to oversee all operations, ensuring top-notch service and efficiency. As a Bar Manager, you will lead staff, maintain high standards, and implement procedures to maximize operating efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Revenue Maximization: Create an environment that boosts revenue.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Food & Beverage Standards: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Bar Display: Monitor and enhance bar display for functionality and attractiveness.
• Reporting: Provide weekly reports to the Operations Manager.
• Meetings: Attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings.
• Stadium Kiosks: Manage kiosks to ensure operational and cleanliness standards.
• Audio-Visual Equipment: Ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage Bradleys staff.
• Scheduling: Organize and adjust staff rotas and schedules.
• Inventory Control: Collaborate with the Inventory Controller to maintain stock levels.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Cash Management: Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.

About You:

• Experience: Proven management experience in a similar operation.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service record.
• Food & Wine Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of food and wine.
• Cellar Management: Expertise in cellar management.
• Business Principles: Understanding of business management principles and practices.
• EPOS Applications: Familiarity with EPOS applications.
• Skills: Strong decision-making, coaching, problem-solving, organizing, planning, resource allocation, and attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team
