What You Will Do:

• Provide program delivery leadership, strategy and execution oversight for Guidehouse’s AI Studio
• Lead strategic projects to mature AI Studio capabilities including asset and accelerator development, physical hub launch, product launches and other strategic projects
• Serve as a solution expert on AI Studio offerings triaging intake and demand.
• Support client delivery related to innovative projects involving advanced AI solutions.
• Manage ecosystem partners programs and projects including solution pilots
• Collaborate with the Strategy & Architecture Lead on new solution launches
• Develop processes and procedures for maintaining cutting edge and industry relevancy in solutions
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to create, launch and promote industry-specific thought leadership
• Establish and manage processes for developing, deploying and maintaining AI Studio solutions and assets through their full lifecycle
• Manage budget, forecasting and financial tracking for AI Studio initiatives

 

What You Will Need:

• 8+ years experience in leading and driving cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Familiar with AI and data technologies, including platforms like Palantir and Databricks.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML platforms (e.g., Palantir, Databricks), cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of using AI tools in daily work
• Strategic planning and budgeting experience.
• Experience influencing senior executives and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for experimentation.

 

What Would be Nice to Have:

• Cross-industry expertise, especially in regulated sectors like healthcare, defense, and financial services
• Technical project and program management experience

The annual salary range for this position is $206,000.00-$343,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
