We are seeking a talented Senior Program Manager to support the strategy implementation, roadmap execution, and operations of our AI Collaboration Hubs. This role will work closely with the Head of AI Collaboration Hubs to establish and scale our hubs globally, facilitating rapid prototyping and enabling customers and partners to leverage AI tools effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing the comprehensive strategy for AI Collaboration Hubs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the Catalyst program Help maintain and execute the detailed roadmap for hub implementation, managing timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones. Implement and optimize the intake process for customer projects, ensuring quick turnaround times and effective resource management Monitor and report on KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of the Collaboration Hubs, including customer satisfaction, project acceleration, and industry trend insights. Coordinate with Sales and Field organizations  to support customer engagement and maintain a steady flow of high-value projects Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams (IT, Enterprise AI, Edge AI) and external partners. Assist in refining and implementing the blueprint for hub operations, including standardized processes, best practices, and scalable models for future expansion. Manage project management tools to track and report on hub activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to leadership. Collaborate with the Catalyst program team to ensure seamless integration and complementary offerings between the two initiatives Support the development and delivery of training programs and materials to enable customers in effectively using AI tools for their specific use cases.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in AI, technology, or innovation-focused roles
  • Strong track record of executing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies, trends, and applications across various industries
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in rapid prototyping, co-innovation, or similar customer-facing technology programs
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with semiconductor or hardware-related technologies
  • Familiarity with edge computing and IoT applications
  • Knowledge of IP management and licensing in technology partnerships
  • Experience in supporting innovation labs or similar customer engagement centers
