About the role

The forensic nurse examiner will provide timely, compassionate care to patients seeking medical-forensic exams in accordance with established protocols.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Coursework/Training - Completion of the 40hr IAFN or OR SATF SANE-A course
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
2 years - Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE-A) - International Association of Forensic Nurses upon hire or,
Oregon Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE-OR) - Oregon SANE Certification Commission upon hire.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
