Job Summary:
The Warehouser/Driver performs warehousing and transportation functions on a daily basis to support the ongoing operation of the agency. Warehouse activities include receiving, stocking, and distributing supplies in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. Transportation includes transporting children and families to and from school as a substitute driver and/or for planned field trips. In addition, the Warehouser/Driver completes planned activities in support of vehicle maintenance repairs for issued vehicles and for the agency travel fleet. The Warehouser Driver completes a variety of tasks assigned through the Work Request System including special pick up and/or delivery of supplies to conference locations, movement of items from administration to 3rd party storage, or replenishment of copy paper supplies, janitorial supplies, or items for the staff lounge. The Warehouser Driver must be able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven, customer focused environment and demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and be flexible to changing situations.

Minimum Requirements:
High School or GED
One to three (1-3) years experience providing customer service and/or office administrative setting
Must be 18 years old.
Submit a current AZ Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to start date.
Read, write, and speak English.
Possess a valid driver’s license issued within the continental United States.
3-year driving history (from the state that issued the driver’s license) must be clear of any citations.
Must complete the “agency paid” Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration training to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License within 30 days of hire. The Agency will allow a maximum of three attempts to successfully pass the required written tests.
Must obtain “agency paid” Class C Commercial Driver’s License with school bus and passenger endorsement within 45 days of hire.
Meet all physical, mental, vision, or any other requirements established under AZ law, BCCL, OHS, and FMCSA. ADA required. Accommodations will be considered and applied where reasonable and without creating undue hardship to the agency. These requirements must be met at the time of hire and throughout employment with the agency.
Must obtain and maintain “agency paid” Forklift Certification.
Able to pass a company paid physical exam prior to starting work.
Able to pass a DES Centralized Background Check prior to starting work.

Must be able to travel to and from various sites as needed.
Must be able to travel outside assigned area in company-owned vehicle. This travel could begin before daylight hours and continue after sundown in some situations.
Provide proof of immunizations: MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (adult Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), and a clear Tuberculosis Self-Assessment.
Ability to maintain a valid level fingerprint clearance card and annual DES Centralized Background Check. Complete and pass random drug testing at various times throughout each program year.
Must be able to prove the right to work in the USA by providing appropriate documents to complete the Federal I-9 form
