Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Zapier Expert to join our team and play a key role in automating the process of data entry and reporting from various platforms into Google Sheets. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Zapier and have the ability to seamlessly connect and automate data transfers from multiple platforms, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads manager), Mightyscout, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, Google Ads Manager, Triple Whale, ClickUp, Statlas, Klaviyo, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Immediate need: We are looking for somebody to help document over 100 Zaps (from Zapier) that we currently use.
• Future need: We would like to have somebody who can help us rapidly develop future Zaps,.
  
• Develop and maintain efficient Zapier connections for seamless data automation.
• Automate connections between platforms and Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
• Pull data from various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create automated workflows to populate Google Sheets with data from different sources.
• Monitor and maintain data integrations, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure data security and compliance with best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in using Zapier (with at least 3 years of experience) and creating Zaps to connect platforms and automate data transfer.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data integration.
• Strong English Skills: You should be conversational in English with a minimal accent.
• Experience with Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads manager), Mightyscout, Google Analytics, Shopify, Google Ads Manager, Triple Whale, ClickUp, Statlas, Klaviyo, and similar platforms.
• High attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a remote team environment.
