THE JOB:
As a Senior Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the beverage experience at one of the world's most prominent entertainment brands. Your mission will be to research and develop innovative service opportunities that maximize revenue, ensuring the highest standards of consistency and quality. You'll lead extensive training programs for the staff, enhancing their expertise in both service and product knowledge. Adherence to departmental policies and procedures is essential as you strive to deliver exceptional beverage experiences in line with the company’s commitment to entertaining the human race.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
· Operational Leadership: Oversee and direct key operational functions within the beverage department, aligning with the strategic vision and goals of the beverage division to ensure smooth and effective operations.
· Guest Service Management: Monitor and enhance the delivery of guest service within the department, ensuring adherence to company service standards and brand attributes, and continuously striving to exceed customer expectations.
· Product and Process Development: Contribute to the research, development, and implementation of new products, services, and technologies to keep the company competitive and responsive to evolving customer needs in the hospitality and gaming sectors.
· Financial Oversight: Manage cost controls, forecast reports, budget adherence, and Profit & Loss statements, while providing necessary reports and analysis to ensure financial targets are met and maintained.
· Employee Engagement and Development: Foster a motivating work environment by encouraging employee feedback, participation in decision-making, and skill development. Coach team members, oversee hiring and training, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· Extensive Experience in Hospitality: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a food & beverage leadership role. Experience should include managing operations in a high-volume entertainment venue (i.e. bars, lounges, hotels, or nightlife/club settings).
· Proven Leadership and Operational Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team within a similar resort or nightlife setting, with a strong background in overseeing beverage operations, cost control, and adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
· Creative and Sales-Oriented Vision: Ability to view operations creatively and with a strong sales orientation, leveraging a deep understanding of the F&B division, including budgeting, Profit & Loss statements, and managing various operational expenses.
· Exceptional Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Effective leadership with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, coupled with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
· Customer-Centric and Professional Demeanor: Outstanding customer service skills, interpersonal abilities to interact with business contacts, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
