Operations Analyst I

The Operations Analyst I supports reporting analysis for Operations and other departments as necessary. This individual assists in developing new reports and helps maintain and improve existing ones. The Operations Analyst I collaborates with other team members to fulfill reporting requests and works closely with departments to ensure data accuracy.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in optimizing and creating tools necessary for supply chain improvements 
• Support the incorporation of new production forecasts into planning processes 
• Help analyze material forecasts and collaborate with departments to prevent supply chain interruptions 
• Work closely with Buyers to evaluate raw material availability and assist in ensuring stock readiness 
• Participate in meetings between the Program Office and Supply Chain, supporting discussions 
• Provide planning support for new and in-development products 
• Gather and communicate data and reporting insights to relevant departments 
• Track and monitor OTD metrics and report performance based on corporate guidelines 
• Collaborate with teams to meet monthly sales goals through planning and forecasting efforts 
• Assist in analyzing material forecasts to minimize costs and delays across product lines 
• Work with departments to address and mitigate supply chain challenges 
• Escalate complex planning decisions to higher-level management 
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 

• 0-3 years of experience in production planning or related fields. 

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

• Working knowledge of data analytics or visualization tools 

• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams 

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $57,700 to $69,300 however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
