Job Description Summary

Prepares and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies, using standard professional procedures to fill written or verbal physician orders. Performs all duties of a pharmacist providing professional and ethical service to the patients, employees of the hospital and external agencies (insurance companies, vendors, etc.). Adheres to all departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:                                                                                                          

• PharmD/RPh Diploma

• PA Pharmacist License
