The Global Procurement Function is a key enabler of the top and bottom-line performance of FMC.  Our team is comprised of professionals positioned around the world to partner with business leaders to ensure our customers’ expectations are exceeded, and our suppliers view FMC as a customer of choice.  We are looking for the right person to help us drive our Procurement organization to the next level.

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Category Manager for our Indirect team to drive the strategic sourcing of of all Indirect goods and services. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing global multi-year procurement strategies, overseeing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings and value creation while ensuring consistent quality across all categories.

 

Your role is based at the FMC tower in Philadelphia, PA where you are required to work on-site for 3 days a week. You will report to the Global Procurement and Facilities Director and are responsible for the leadership, growth, and success of a new Indirect team reporting directly to you.
