About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Developer Advocate to join Postman’s Developer Relations team and help accelerate adoption of Postman in the enterprise. This is not a traditional evangelism role. Your work will show that Postman solves real enterprise problems, accelerates deals, and positions us as the trusted API platform today and the AI control plane of the future.
Unlike a solutions engineer, who focuses on individual deals, you will capture solutions from SEs and scale them across hundreds of accounts, multiplying pipeline impact for Postman’s field, PMM, and sales teams.

-
Drive Agent Mode adoption in the Enterprise: Be the champion of driving Agent Mode adoption in the enterprise by create prompt best practices, solution templates, gathering feedback, and working closely with Product Management to ensure Agent Mode fits the needs of our more demanding enterprise customers.
-
Thought Leadership: Represent Postman at enterprise developer conferences, webinars, and CISO/CTO forums, showcasing how our platform solves governance, compliance, and agentic AI challenges.
-
Field Enablement: Partner with PMM and Sales Engineering to ensure the field has reusable, technically credible assets that can be plugged into active opportunities.
What You Bring
-
8+ years of experience in software engineering, API design, or developer tooling roles.
-

-
Significant exposure to large enterprise environments (as an API engineer, architect, or technical lead) where governance, adoption, and scale were real challenges.
-
Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with API design, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and enterprise integration workflows. Familiarity with multiple API protocols and governance standards.
-
Developer Relations Expertise: Proven ability to tell stories that resonate with developers and technical decision makers through talks, content, demos, or community building.
-
Scalable Mindset: Experience packaging technical solutions into reusable assets (docs, code samples, workshops, demos) rather than one-off implementations.
-
Strong Communicator: Ability to translate between deep technical detail and executive-level outcomes. Skilled at articulating how workflows solve real-world problems at scale.
