Where You Will Work: 

The Clinical Supervisor will be a valued teammate of a 44-bed medical-surgical unit, also known as Internal Medicine. We are committed to delivering exceptional care to adult patients with a wide range of medical diagnosis and conditions. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the nursing care team compiled of a healthcare technician and exercise physiologist to provide patient-centered care. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans, facilitate clear communication, and promote optimal recovery and patient well-being. The Internal Medicine unit provides a great learning environment for nurses with all experience levels and interests. Expectations We’re Looking For:  

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing  

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices  

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association  

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current RN licensure in an appropriate state. Minium two years nursing experience preferred. Previous management experience preferred. BSN is required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program.  

• Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) is required within 1 year of eligibility of professional certification exam. 

• Additional education, training, certifications or experience may be required within the department by the nurse leader
