At Harrah’s Laughlin, we deliver more than just meals—we create memorable moments. As a Banquet Server, you’ll be part of a team that embodies Caesars Family Style Service, where hospitality, teamwork, and excellence come together to create unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism at banquet functions.

• Set up and break down banquet areas, including moving tables, stacking chairs, and rolling linens.

• Carry large trays (minimum of six dinners) with confidence and care.

• Maintain cleanliness and stock service areas throughout your shift.

• Wash and return silverware and utensils, ensuring readiness for the next event.

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Provide friendly, efficient service while working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

• Collaborate with your team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21 years or older.

• At least 1 year of banquet or food service experience.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

• Stand and walk for the entire shift, including up and down stairs.

• Bend, stoop, twist, reach, and maneuver in confined spaces.

• Work in environments with bright lights, high noise, dust, and smokey environments.

• Tolerate hot and cold temperatures, both indoors and outdoors.

• Maintain focus and energy while working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
