Position Summary
Multi-skilled maintenance professional responsible for safely maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing mechanical and electrical systems throughout the manufacturing facility. The Electromechanical Technician performs preventive and predictive maintenance, improves equipment reliability, supports production performance, develops operator capabilities, and ensures compliance with Nestlé safety, quality, and operational standards. This position is considered safety-sensitive under applicable regulations.
Compensation
This role has a starting wage of $33.22/hr. Additional compensation as follows:

Shift Differentials; 2nd shift ($0.25/hr) and 3rd shift ($0.30/hr)

Shift Details
1st shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm (Monday – Friday)
2nd shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm (Monday – Friday)
3rd shift: 10pm to 6:30am (Monday – Friday & Sunday – Thursday)
Key Responsibilities

Perform startup activities, review work orders and preventive maintenance assignments, and prepare tools and materials for daily operations.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, and control system issues on manufacturing equipment.

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Utilize SAP, Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO), and related systems to document work, enter labor time, manage notifications, and track maintenance activities.

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, reliability, and production performance.

Coach equipment operators on technical adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, procedures, spare parts information, and engineering drawing updates.

Maintain housekeeping standards and a safe work environment.

Provide effective shift-to-shift communication and ensure all work is documented according to company procedures.
Qualifications & Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Additional technical education, trade certification, apprenticeship training, or equivalent specialized maintenance training preferred.
Experience
Minimum one year of related industrial maintenance experience required. Three or more years of journeyman-level experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment preferred.
