This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the travel industry.</p><p><strong>The job in brief</strong>:<strong> </strong></p><p><u>Job Title</u> -  <em>Affiliation Analyst &amp; Account Manager</em></p><p><u>Working model</u> -  Hybrid</p><p><u>Team</u> -  you will join the Partnership <em>Affiliation </em>team within the <em>Marketing </em>department.<br/> <u>Level</u> - individual contributor P2 / P2+ (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people), reporting to the Affiliation Manger.</p><p><u>Location</u> -  Madrid, ES</p><p><u>Contract</u> -  Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)</p><p><u>Travel time required</u> - no need</p><p><strong>What your impact will be</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Affiliate Program Management:</strong> Oversee and optimize the performance of existing affiliates, ensuring they align with business objectives.</li><li><strong>Partner Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management:</strong> Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while nurturing strong relationships with existing ones.</li><li><strong>Performance Analysis:</strong> Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve affiliate performance.</li><li><strong>Optimization &amp; Growth:</strong> Develop strategies to increase revenue, engagement, and conversion rates within the affiliate network.</li><li><strong>Negotiation &amp; Contracting:</strong> Manage commercial negotiations with partners, ensuring competitive agreements that benefit both parties.</li><li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure a seamless partnership experience.</li><li><strong>Compliance &amp; Fraud Prevention:</strong> Monitor traffic sources and ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and guidelines.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing, preferably in the travel industry.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).</li><li>Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Awin, Rakuten, or similar).</li><li>Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) or e-commerce is a plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Perks of working with us</strong>:</p><p><u>How we work together:</u></p><p>- An inclusive, friendly, and international environment (you’ll be working with colleagues from +10 countries and over 48 nationalities)</p><p>- Shorter working week (36h as full time), with a half working day on Fridays<br/> - Flexible start and end of the working day<br/> - Possibility to work from anywhere for a period of time per year defined according to local regulations</p><p><u>How we learn together</u>:</p><p>- Fri-Yays: half a day on Friday morning with a no-meeting mandate and dedicated to deep work, personal growth, learning and training and/or focus time.</p><p>- Professional and managerial skills development training paths, access to e-learning platforms such as O’reilly, Udemy, Coursera (depending
