Asset & Wealth Management - Cohoes - Associate, Research, Portfolio Management Support - 372323

Job Duties: Associate, Research, Portfolio Management Support with The Ayco Company, L.P., A Goldman Sachs Company in Cohoes, NY. Multiple positions available. Review asset movements and portfolio implementations as directed by the Portfolio Management team. Support in content development, such as internal and external marketing material and content for portfolio reviews, and other investment-related analysis. Work with our middle and back-office colleagues to ensure client accounts are accurately reconciled and in good order. Evaluate, process, and reconcile trading and other investment related transactions as directed by the Portfolio Management team. Work closely with Private Wealth Advisors and other teammates to service our clients.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with the following: working with equity and fixed income markets to respond to investment-related questions; reviewing trading activity for accuracy; utilizing Microsoft Excel to reconcile trading and other investment related transactions; collaborating and communicating, both verbally and via writing, with middle and back office to resolve potential trading execution issues; and supporting content development including internal and external marketing collateral that supports the investment platform. License Requirement: FINRA Series 7 and Series 66

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this Cohoes, New York-based position is $75,000/year - $90,000/year.
