Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and polished F&B Supervisor to lead our private, member-only dining experience located in a remote Snowcat-accessed outlet. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in unique environments, understands the expectations of upscale clientele, and is capable of managing high standards in food & beverage service operations — even in remote alpine conditions.
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight, set-up, service, and breakdown of the outlet, managing inventory, staffing, and ensuring a consistently elevated guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of the member dining operation, including daily setup, service, and breakdown.
- Maintain an exceptional level of hospitality and professionalism in alignment with private club standards.
- Oversee a small service team, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated and executed.
- Coordinate with culinary and logistics teams to ensure timely food delivery, quality presentation, and seamless service.
- Maintain par levels of all products, beverages, and supplies; anticipate needs and place replenishment orders as necessary.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the dining space at all times.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members dining at the outlet, handling feedback or concerns with discretion and care.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise in a remote environment.
- Assist in training seasonal staff to meet Powder Mountain’s service expectations.
Requirements and/or Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in upscale or fine-dining F&B environments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; confident managing a small, dynamic team.
- High level of personal presentation and communication — polished, courteous, and guest-focused.
- Reliable transportation to and from Powder.
- Proven experience with inventory control, ordering, and basic financial oversight.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work (lifting, standing, snow conditions).
- Knowledge of beverage and fine dining service standards.
