Hours: 8:00am-4:30 Pm ( Monday thru Friday)

Shift: Days

Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week

• Level I : Hourly Pay Range: $32.60 - $48.90. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Level II: Hourly Pay Range: $35.16 - $54.50. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Level III : Hourly Pay Range: $38.67-$ 59.94. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need:

• The completion of a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited school, or the equivalent
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility
• Certification by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• CPR certification from American Heart Association

General Summary:

Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, performs evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting and administration of Occupational Therapy treatment programs designed to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations.
