A quick snapshot

As the Executive Assistant (EA), you’ll be at the heart of Conga’s leadership operations—ensuring our most senior leaders stay focused, prepared, and connected. From managing complex calendars and coordinating high-impact meetings to facilitating communication and anticipating needs, you’ll be a trusted partner who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with the executive team, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape the rhythm of our fast-paced, purpose-driven organization.

Why it’s a big deal…

As a trusted partner to Conga’s executive leadership, you’ll help streamline internal operations and enable faster, smarter decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Your work will directly influence how our C-suite leaders stay focused, aligned, and effective—driving innovation, enhancing customer experiences, and executing strategic initiatives that fuel our long-term success. By anticipating needs and removing friction, you’ll be a key force behind Conga’s ability to scale and lead with agility.

Here’s what we’re looking for…

Related experience. You’re a seasoned pro when it comes to executive support and grace under pressure is your norm.

  • You’ve navigated complex travel planning and calendars across global time zones.
  • You’ve coordinated and managed logistics for events such as offsites, leadership summits, and company-wide events requiring deep collaboration across functions and management of the fine, but important, details.
  • You’ve supporting drafting and managing communications and presentations on behalf of executive leadership.
  • You manage shifting priorities with discretion, precision, and professionalism and reflect critical thinking to short and long-term calendar management.  You have a history of being able to build relationships, partner with global EAs to coordinate complex calendars, and represent the office of your executives with approachability and professionalism commensurate with our culture and their brand.
  • Your intuition, experience, and execution make you the trusted right hand every executive hopes to have.

Initiative. You anticipate needs before they surface, proactively remove roadblocks, spot potential issues early, and create space for leaders to focus on what matters most. You’re not only proactive about completing your own work, but when you sense the need to introduce a project that will benefit the team or the organization -- even if it’s outside your scope of work -- you put a proposal together, talk to the team about it, and own it.

Clear and confident communicator. You express your views with clarity and conviction both in written and verbal format, while remaining open to other perspectives. You’re comfortable with debating and discussing your perspective, regardless of level or status, through utilizing your knowledge, expertise and thoughtful but direct style.

Office presence and travel. Let’s face it – sometimes it’s better to meet in person. There will be the need to travel for onsite meetings and executive support while traveling. You’ll also be expected to be in our Boston office when the executive team is in town (which won’t be every week!).
