About the role:
As a Customer Success Associate, you are responsible for owning the client relationship from a technical standpoint. You will  build relationships with customers and advocate on their behalf. Through your interactions, you will help customers see the value in our product and ensure they are able to use it to its fullest potential. This is a position that requires excellent communication skills, superb people skills, and a passion for helping others. It also requires strong organizational skills and the ability to track success across multiple projects at once. 

What you'll do:

• Onboard new customers and provide technical expertise as customers build to our open API’s or install our software
• Lead customer education to ensure customers understand and are effectively using our products  
• Oversee book of accounts to track customer success and increase product adoption 
• Assist sales during the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise during proof of concepts (PoC’s)
• Track and provide feedback to our product team to improve our product offering and internal tools 
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and documentation
• Become an expert in Vistar’s supply-side products to provide top-tier service to clients

What experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent problem solving, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with HTML and/or API’s 
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience deploying and supporting software products
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems

Pay Information Disclaimer:At Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary.  Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in New York City is $62,000-72,000, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The salary range for this position as performed outside of New York City may vary. The actual pay will be at Vistar Media’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
