What you'll do...

• LMD Strategic Program Management Lead: Accelerate Progress for Large Complex Programs​​
• Mobilize business teams, improve execution pace, and enable cross-functional connectivity and problem solving for select last mile initiatives
• Cross-functional program management for seamless implementation and performance of LMD strategic initiatives
• Leader of People- Provide direction, inspiring and motivating team, fostering collaboration and developing the next group of leaders for the organization

• Strategic planning and vision- develops and implements comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and market landscape.  Strong strategic thinking and foresight.

• Collaboration, Communication and Influence- Communicates complex strategies clearly to all levels, building consensus and buy-in.  Advanced presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to influence decision makers and partners
