Registered Nurse PRN

Plum Creek Recovery Ranch is a behavioral health facility located in Lockhart, Texas. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a Registered Nurse at Plum Creek Recovery Ranch, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum one year of nursing experience
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or substance abuse treatment preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
