A Day in the Life

The person in this role will work from the Medtronic facility located in Mounds View using a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will support the Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, and Health Economics function within Medtronic. You’ll be part of a team responsible for driving a multi-year digital transformation to enable our business partners. We deploy new technical capabilities including GenAI, advanced analytics, robotics connected to SaaS systems.

CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES

  • Demonstrated success with IT project management deploying global systems
  • Experience coordinating tasks across multiple 3rd parties such as SaaS vendors, SI, contingent workers, MSP, etc.
  • Experience navigating internal matrixed team structures
  • Experience managing budgets (forecasting, managing actuals, requesting funding)
  • Experience managing senior leaders on steering committees
  • Manage verbal and written communications across all stakeholders
  • Manage work product, tasks for all individuals assigned to the project
  • Coordinate work with other managers as appropriate to handle dependencies

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous Medtronic experience (strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience managing programs/projects that deploy SaaS systems with multiple systematic integrations (complex architecture)
  • Managing resources in a matrixed environment
  • Managing multiple vendors
  • Managing multi-year budgets
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience deploying technologies supporting Legal/HCP Compliance function (e.g. Onit, Anaqua, Appian, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Collaborative within a large team
