Aircraft Maintenance Manager

As the Aircraft Maintenance Manager in OnLogic’s Part 91 Corporate Flight Department, you will be responsible for the administrative, maintenance, and repair duties associated with safe, efficient, and reliable operations of an Embraer Phenom 300E (our corporate aircraft) and a Diamond DA40NG (a personal aircraft). The successful candidate understands that Flight Department team members collaborate together in a fast paced and growing company. On an average day, you'll...
- Perform and coordinate all aircraft maintenance work with appropriate OEMs, FBOs and other vendors and complete pre and post flight inspections.
- Record, manage, and track all maintenance documentation and log entries on Veryon (formerly Flightdocs).
- Communicate with the flight crew regarding open maintenance discrepancies and forecast inspections prior to every flight.
- Be present for all aircraft home base departures and arrivals to assist with passenger and baggage logistics.
- Provide active flight following during aircraft operations.
- Complete interior and exterior detailing before and after flights.
- Source and stock aircraft snacks and drinks.
- Manage flight scheduling with the sales team and maintain passenger profiles.
- Assist the Director in organizing short & long term Flight Department statistics, goals and annual budgeting.
- Provide the flight crew/ team with a list of vetted maintenance providers at or near outstations when away on multi day trips.
- Coordinate Aircraft on Ground (AOG) outstation events.
The team you will be joining
- The Flight Operations team works closely with each other to increase travel efficiency within the company by providing safe and reliable air transportation, primarily throughout the domestic United States.
- We are based at the Burlington International Airport with frequent flights to Raleigh Durham International Airport and beyond.

Requirements
- Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years jet maintenance experience
- Leadership experience in corporate aircraft management, maintenance, regulatory compliance, policies, processes, and department standard operating procedures
- Ability to travel as needed and regularly work outside of normal business hours
- Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Preferred Requirements
- Inspector Authorization
- Bachelor's Degree
- Embraer maintenance experience
- Piston Aircraft maintenance experience
- Garmin G3000 Avionics familiarity

Benefits
The starting salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
