Senior Recruiter for Commercial & Finance

Responsibilities:

• End to End responsibility for mid - senior and executive level of roles, can include specialist roles, requiring deep understanding, if expertise is required.
• Managing TA projects, outside of BAU.
• Taking part in quality projects.
• Providing trainings to more junior colleagues, sharing expertise across the whole team to improve quality of recruitment.
• Joining interviews with shortlisted candidates to ensure quality discussion, competency based questions and being a trusted advisor
• Working closely with business stakeholders in order to deeply understand needs, team culture and potential upcoming vacancies
• Supporting junior colleagues with their roles in case of difficulties or mild escalations.
• Reviewing TA process in order to adjust it and new elements of it to upcoming and constant changes
• Sharing knowledge with managers regarding TA processes
• Managing cooperation with agencies, to ensure cooperation is according to our standards, GDPR.
• Assessments and providing feedbacks to candidates
• Taking part in managerial meetings to establish strategy for development of TA department and discussing CI initiatives
• Cooperation with HUB’s HR BP to ensure alignment and joined projects running as expected

 

Key qualifications:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in similar role
• Previous experience with sourcing activities is a must, ability to build a sourcing strategy
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English
• Being able to multitask
• Experience in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain/Procurement, Sales roles (at least two)
• Experience with senior stakeholders and top roles
