We are looking for a passionate, energized and strong analytical Junior Account Manager who is currently employed in a structured commercial multi-channel environment or is a graduate with a relevant business degree looking for an opportunity to experience a commercial business unit environment.

In this role you will support a highly experienced and engaged sales team in the go to market planning of LEGO themes, such as LEGO City, LEGO Friends, LEGO Technic and LEGO Super Mario. Together with strong strategic retail partners you will help to make a difference in the lives of many kids and put a smile on their faces.

Please note that this role is based in Brasschaat, Belgium (nearby the Dutch border – Breda).
We can offer a local Belgian or Dutch contract depending on the country you are living in.
Core Responsibilities
Supporting Benelux Key Account Managers with:
Analysis on account performance, account reporting & reviews.
Preparing account meetings and attending if relevant.
Forecasting of launches, promotions, displays.
Flow management, managing selling-in and stock.
Order management.
Development and follow up of activity calendar and promotional planning.
Driving the e-commerce business and omnichannel agenda for the strategic accounts.
Profit & Loss (P&L) management, budget follow up.
Play your part in our team succeeding
This position will support the Top Accounts in the Benelux market, with focus on the Toy Specialists and Grocery customers.
The Junior Account Manager will be part of the Benelux Sales team comprising 2 retail channels (Omnichannel and E-Commerce).
As a key member of the Omnichannel team, you will report to a Channel Director and work closely with Key Account Managers.
Do you have what it takes?
Knowledge of omnichannel and e-commerce.
Preferably, previous experience in a sales/commercial environment in a consumer focused international company.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration/economics.
Strong analytical skills, data driven, fact-based and result oriented.
A “can do” proactive mind-set, energized, focused, collaborative.
Eager to learn and ambitious to develop.
Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
Knowledge of French is advantageous but not a necessity.
Marketing/ trade marketing experience would be a plus.
