Responsibilities

Job Summary:   Under the direction of the Project Management/Business Analysis Manager, the Digital Project Management Senior Analyst gathers information and data, analyzes business and technical requirements, identifies and implements business process improvements and technology solutions, finalizes business case documents, and leads all types of  department focused projects as well as enterprise focused projects in accordance with firm policies and procedures.      Essential Responsibilities:   - Facilitate sessions with IT, business owners, outside technical resources and vendors to translate business needs into technology requirements.  - Prepare business case documents for complex situations.  - Play a key role in vendor relationship and lead influence and consensus building efforts for recommended solutions  - Manage the efficient and timely implementation of process and/or technology changes and upgrades that meet business and technology requirements  - Mentor other Analysts and other IT associates as needed. Ensure continuous learning of business and/or technical processes and procedures related to use of assigned systems and recommend continuous improvement opportunities  - Liaison with peers at other firms/companies to gather best business practices for assigned systems  - Lead project teams and advice other project teams to ensure the on-time delivery of projects within budget

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications:  - Requires an Associate Degree in Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and job related experience  - A Bachelors Degree in IT or an IT related major would be preferred  - 7+ years of job related experience  - Advanced knowledge of business/technical field related to assigned system and proficiency with related areas  - Business process or system design/implementation  - Eye for detail, ability to spot ambiguity, inconsistency, and contradictions  - Ability and positive attitude towards working with a globally distributed Agile team. Scrum Master experience preferred.  - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills  - Working knowledge of the dashboard development life cycle and capabilities of leveraged platforms (Microsoft SSAS, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)  - Financial and/or professional services background a plus  - Vendor management experience preferred  - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Expertise in digital and web technologies, including front end systems and customer facing solutions - Experience in web development, UX Design, and digital transformation initiative in a driven agile environment   Damian Kauffman, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process.
