As advocates for both our users and our business, Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.</h4> <h3><strong>About the Role:</strong></h3> <p>This role requires a leader who can set a compelling strategy, align diverse teams, and turn complex recovery problems into clear, actionable outcomes.</p> <p>For this, we are seeking a Director of Product Management -&nbsp; Data Threat Analytics with a strong hybrid and cloud security background to lead a product area (and PMs) focused on detecting and understanding threats against sensitive data in hybrid&nbsp; and cloud environments - with recovery as the end goal. This role owns anomaly detection, threat hunting, monitoring, and sensitive data discovery on backed-up data, and will help reimagine cyber recovery for hybrid and modern cloud architectures.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Own:</strong></p> <p><strong>Product Strategy:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and own the long-term product vision for data threat analytics anchored in hybrid, and cloud-native environments, and recovery-first outcomes.</li> <li>Reimagine how threat signals, anomaly detection, and sensitive data discovery directly inform - blast radius assessment, clean restore point selection and how this feeds into confident cyber recovery workflows&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop a point of view on the evolving hybrid and cloud threat landscape, including ransomware, and misconfigurations - and translate into differentiated product strategy</li> </ul> <p><strong>Execution Excellence:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive end-to-end execution for recovery across matrix organization and own the process from concept validation to GA and customer adoption while holding the upstream teams accountable</li> <li>Break-down ambiguous, multi-year product bets into clear milestones, measurable outcomes, and incremental value</
