Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Veritas Recruiters, you will be the main point of contact for clients and candidates, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job: On site

Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist candidates with application processes, interview scheduling, and job placement inquiries.
• Resolve client issues and provide solutions to maintain positive relationships.
• Keep accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
