In this role, you will:
Responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision for a specific ServiceNow product or platform, ensuring successful ServiceNow adoption within the organization. Responsible for defining and prioritizing the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. The lead acts as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that requirements are well-defined and aligned to business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing product backlog, refining user stories, and collaborating with teams to enhance platform capabilities.
- Defining and Prioritizing the Product Backlog: - This involves working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into actionable user stories and tasks for the development team.
- Ensuring Alignment with Business Objectives - The Product Owner ensures that all platform development is focused on achieving the organization's strategic goals and delivering measurable value.
- Managing the Product Backlog - This includes refining user stories, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that the backlog is well-managed and up-to-date.
- Acting as the Voice of the Customer - The Product Owner represents the needs and perspectives of users throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborating with Development Teams - They work closely with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the platform is developed and implemented effectively.
- Driving Strategic Vision and Maximizing Platform Value - The Product Owner helps define the long-term vision for the platform and ensures that it is utilized to its full potential.
- Ensuring Successful Adoption - They play a key role in driving the adoption of new features and functionalities within the organization.
- Focus on Process - Focus on establishing and improving the product development processes and organization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adds Technical Depth to product development - Contribute to review and assess technical feasibility of product enhancements and technical decision making.

Who you are?
- Relevant bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience.
- Must have experience implementing and optimizing operational processes on the ServiceNow platform or similar platforms.
- Must have experience developing operational protocols and processes to optimize the ServiceNow or similar SaaS platform.
- Specialized expertise in ServiceNow and its various modules, particularly Human Resources (HR) .
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
