About the Position:

POSITION: Data Entry Assistant for Occupational Health Records Management System

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: .4-.6 FTE (32-48 hours per pay period), Temp - to last 2-5 months.

WORK SCHEDULE: Days

DEPARTMENT: Clinic Quality Management

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Assistant supports the Employee Health department's conversion of paper-based employee health records to the Occupational Health Management (OHM) electronic system.


What you'll do when you join us:

  1. Assist EOHS staff with record conversion from paper to electronic format.
  2. Interpret vaccination records and lab results to determine correct data entry fields and enter data into OHM system.
  3. Scan paper records into OHM system after data entry is complete.
  4. Audit scanned elements for quality, accuracy, and completeness of scanning.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

  1. RN, LPN, or CMA experience preferred.
  2. Experience administering vaccines and interpreting vaccination records.
  3. Ability to interpret lab results for data entry purposes.
  4. Ability to learn electronic data base data entry.
  5. Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
  6. Detail oriented.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
  8. Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines while being flexible.
  9. Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital policies, vision, mission and values.
  10. Maintains reliable and consistent attendance.
